We did a tour of the brewery and learned the chemistry behind brewing beer. The guide took us through step by step, from the fermenting and heating/cooling steps, to bottling and even the recycling process!! We also got to taste their famous beer, a perfect way to cool off from the hot day! Then, we watched the Jays games against the Tampa Bay Rays. The Jays won 7-2!!! Let’s go Jays!!
